基于离差最大化方法的船舶操纵性综合评价

  • 摘要: 将离差最大化方法应用到船舶操纵性综合评价中,引入加权向量和规范化决策矩阵,考虑各个操纵指标的权重和规范化决策矩阵对操纵性评价的影响,建立船舶操纵性综合评价体系,阐述该方法的构造原理和操作步骤。选取两个试验船模作为评价对象,以回转角速度、相对回转直径、初转期、第一超越角和第二超越角作为操纵性评价指标,分别求取两船模的操纵性评价指标的加权向量和规范化决策矩阵,并对计算得到的综合评价指标进行了分析,其结果与船模K,T,P 指数一致,可以将离差最大化方法用于船舶操纵性综合评价中。

     

    Abstract: This paper applied the algorithm of deviation maximization to the comprehensive evaluation of ship maneuverability. By introducing the weighting vectors and normalized decision making matrix as well as their corresponding effects on the evaluation process,the comprehensive evaluation system of ship maneuverability was established,with the specific principle and calculation procedure of this method illustrated. To test the algorithm,two ship models were evaluated for various maneuverability parameters. The results show that the method of maximizing deviations is maturity in theory as well as precisely and reliably in practice.
