发射筒口气幕降载技术相似规律研究

Study on similarity law of load reduction technology of launcher air curtain

  • 摘要: 发射筒口气幕降载技术是一种在水下发射航行器时进行喷气减载的技术,其水下喷射相关参数对航行器出筒过程的载荷、姿态影响需要进行试验研究。在进行全尺寸试验前为减少技术、经济风险,往往首先开展适当比例的缩比试验。本文通过应用π定理及方程分析法对水下发射过程、航行器均压排气过程、气幕喷射过程提出了等压模型相似方法,并与传统的减压模型进行了比较分析,指出等压模型能够更真实模拟全尺寸水下航行器均压排气过程、气幕喷射过程,更准确反映全尺寸航行器在发射筒口气幕降载技术下的载荷及姿态规律。

     

    Abstract: The technology of air curtain load reduction at launcher mouth is a technology of jet load reduction when launching an object under water. The influence of the parameters of jet on the load an attitude of the object in the process of unloading the launcher needs to bu tested an studied. In order to reduce the technical and economic risks before the full-scale test, the scale test of appropriate proportion is usually carried out first. In this paper,that isobaric model similarity method for underwater launch process and air curtain jet process is put forward by using theorem and equation analysis method, and compared with traditional decompression model, it is pointed out that the isobaric model can more truly simulate the process of full-size underwater air curtain injection, and more accurately reflect the load and attitude law of full-length object under the technology of air curtain load reduction at the launcher mouth.
