SEA Analytical Model of Sonar' s Self-noise Induced by Turbulent Boundary Layer

  • A sonar cavity' s self-noise computational model is created using SEA (Statistical Energy Analysis) method. A new circular cylinder model is used to analyze the acoustic charateristics of sonar dome. When building model, emphases are placed on the calculation of input power from the turbulent boundary layer which is inhomogeneous to the sonar dome and SEA parameters. This article can be referred as an further discussion on this problem.
