Risk Assessment System for Submarine Rescue Based on the Fuzzy-Logic

  • The paper proposes a new risk assessment method for submarine rescue based on the fuzzy-logic system. It introduces the theory of the fuzzy-logic system, and presents a fuzzy-logic model of risk assessment for submarine rescue on the basis of national standards and rules, and demonstrates the risk analysis of the engineering system in deep submergence rescue vehicle. Finally, the paper discusses the fuzzy-logic-based risk assessme nt system and its application.
