基于层次加权求和的舰船平台特征评估方法

A Hierarchical Weighing Additive Summation Method for the Evaluation ofWarships' Platform Characteristics

  • 摘要: 为舰船平台特征评估方法提供一种合理化计算模型,以层次分析方法(AHP)为理论依据构建评估指标体系,对多方案、多目标的复杂系统做出定量分析:利用模糊数学理论模型主观上分析采集评估指标数据;采用层次比对法计算各指标值权重;再通过加权求和层次递阶计算评估总值,最终得出舰船性能的综合评估结论。在对某型舰船3种设计方案选择的实际应用中,有效计算出方案3的平台特征最优,证明该方法适用于多方案、多目标、多层次复杂系统的具体分析和计算,在舰船设计和改进方案选择中具有使用合理性和实用价值。

     

    Abstract: In this paper,an evaluation model for warships' platform characteristics is developed. Specifically,an evaluation index system is first established through the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),based on which the complicated multi-project and multi-object system is analyzed quantitatively. The obtained assessment data is then examined using the fuzzy mathematical theory model,and the weight of each index is determined with AHP. Finally,the hierarchical weighed summation is calculated for the purpose of comprehensive evaluation for the performance of warships. To validate the proposed method,3 design proposals for a particular warship model are evaluated respectively. The results indicate that the presented approach is suitable for analyzing complicated systems with multi-project,multi-object,and multi-level hierarchies,and is feasible for the practical design and scheme selection for various warships.
