7500t起重船压载舱的优化研究

Optimization of Ballast Tanks for 7500t Floating Crane

  • 摘要: 针对7500吨起重船的作业进行了简单的受力分析,并且对原起重船压载舱的特点进行了详细的总结。结合实际经验和相关理论,对原起重船的压载舱提出了四套改进方案,选取四种典型的工况,采用传统的多方案比较方法,从总压载量和压载水的调拨量两个主要方面进行综合评价,得出最优的压载方案。最后,总结了起重船压载舱优化的一些规律。

     

    Abstract: A simple stress analysis is performed on a 7500 tfloating crane and the features of its original ballast tanks are elaborated.By combining the practical experience with relevant theory,four sets of innovative schemes are proposed to improve the ballast tank of the floating crane vessel.Using conventional method to compare multiple schemes,four typical working conditions are selected to evaluate the four schemes from two aspects,th e total ballast load and the ballast water adjustment.And then the best scheme is picked up.In the end,rules on the optimization of the ballast tank of a floating crane are summarized.
