基于LabVIEW的船舶舱室甲板虚拟振动测量系统设计

Design of Virtual Instrumental System to the Measure Vibration of Ship Deck Structures by LabVIEW

  • 摘要: 针对船舶舱室甲板的结构振动特点,结合有关船舶舱室的甲板结构振动标准文件,运用于虚拟仪器环境软件LabVIEW系统,开发针对船舶舱室的甲板结构振动虚拟测量分析及评价系统.通过对实船舱室甲板的振动测试.对比分析该系统结果与传统模拟振动测试分析仪VA-10的测试结果,认为该虚拟测试系统具有较好的可靠性和较高的精度,能较好满足工程测试的需要。在此系统基础上可以扩展进行船舶结构的运行模态分析功能的搭建,成为航行振动评价及有害振动诊断的工具。

     

    Abstract: This paper develops a virtual analysis and evaluation system for the vibration of ship deck structures by using the virtual instrumental software of LabVIEW,considering the vibration characteristics of such structure s and implementing the related ISO standards and codes. Through the deck vibration test onboard, the results are compared to those obtained from conventional vibration measurement instrument VA-IO. The comparisons show that developed system is reliable and higher in accuracy, and can be used for engineering measurement. This system may be expanded to a module for mode analysis of ship structures and becomes a tool to evaluate and di agnosis the vibration during navigation.
