Experimental Modeling and Parameter Identification of Polyurethane Vibration Isolator

  • 摘要: 通过试验与理论相结合的方法,对聚氨酯隔振器进行动态特性研究,建立了隔振器的非线性弹性复合阻尼模型,该模型将恢复力分解为非线性弹性力和非线性阻尼力两部分,并用试验数据辨识出了模型中的参数。对比理论与试验结果表明:所建立模型能够很好地描述隔振器的非线性迟滞特性,为以后隔振系统动态特性研究奠定了良好基础。

     

    Abstract: A nonlinear elastic damping model was established, in which the restoring force was resolved to two parts : the nonlinear elastic restoring force and the nonlinear damping force. The parameters of the model were ide ntified from the experimental data. The test data were compared with theoretical ones. The results show that the model can capture the nonlinear hysteresis quite accurately, and therefore provides a favorable tool for further research on dynamic response of isolation systems.
