基于模糊逻辑的援潜救生风险评估体系

Risk Assessment System for Submarine Rescue Based on the Fuzzy-Logic

  • 摘要: 提出一种基于模糊逻辑系统的援潜救生风险评估方法。在介绍模糊逻辑系统的基础上,依据国家标准、规范建立援潜救生风险评估的模糊逻辑模型,并以某深潜救生艇对口作业系统的风险分析为例对其作了进一步阐述,并对该风险评估体系及其应用进行讨论。

     

    Abstract: The paper proposes a new risk assessment method for submarine rescue based on the fuzzy-logic system. It introduces the theory of the fuzzy-logic system, and presents a fuzzy-logic model of risk assessment for submarine rescue on the basis of national standards and rules, and demonstrates the risk analysis of the engineering system in deep submergence rescue vehicle. Finally, the paper discusses the fuzzy-logic-based risk assessme nt system and its application.
