船舶纵向下水配载优化研究

An Investigation into the Optimal Weight Allocation of Ship End Launching

  • 摘要: 随着船舶建造吨位越来越大,建造成本竞争越来越激烈,船舶下水过程中的安全性和完整性越来越受到业界的关注。提出了船舶纵向下水配载优化数学模型,开发了基于MATLAB的船舶纵向下水配载优化程序,在保证船舶安全下水的基础上,运用本优化方法对船上各可调位置的配载进行优化配置,使其下水重量最大,从而提高船舶下水完整性,对缩短造船周期具有重要的意义。

     

    Abstract: As increase in the tonnage of ship and manufacturing cost, the safety and integrity of ship during launching have been paid much attention by the shipbuilding community. In present paper, a mathematical model of optimal weight allocation of ship end launching is put forward, and the optimal weight allocation program is developed based on MATLAB. Adjustable loads at adjustable places are optimized using the proposed method to maximize launching weight for safe launching. Therefore, launching integrity is improved and the period of shipbuilding is shortened.
