船底双层板架结构水下近场爆炸试验

Underwater near-field explosion experiment of double-wall bottom grillage

  • 摘要:
      目的  为了评估双层底板架结构在近场水下爆炸工况下的防护能力,
      方法  针对典型水面舰船底部结构,设计双层板架结构试验模型和试验工况,进行水下近场爆炸试验研究,获得双层底结构的毁伤破坏模式及结构整体与局部的破坏、变形情况。
      结果  模型结构破坏和变形情况显示,内底结构未发生破损和较明显的屈曲,表明在近场水下爆炸作用下,双层底结构通过毁伤和变形吸能,对内部舱室结构起到了有效的防护。
      结论  该结论可为舰船底部防护结构设计和评估提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  In order to evaluate the anti-explosion capability of the double-wall bottom grillage under the condition of underwater near-field explosion,
      Methods  the experimental model and explosion conditions were designed based on typical ship's bottom structure and anti-explosion. Through a underwater near-field explosion experimental test, the failure mode and the overall and local structural failure and deformation were investigated.
      Results  It can be seen from the failure and deformation of the model structure that there is no damage and obvious buckling of the inner bottom structure. Thus, under the action of underwater near-field explosion, the double-wall bottom grillage can effectively prevent the inner cabins from being destroyed and shocked by the near-field underwater explosion by absorbing the explosion energy through failure and deformation and to damaging and deforming energy absorption.
      Conclusions  The conclusion can provide a reference for the anti-explosion evaluation and guidance for design of double-wall bottom grillages.
