温排水对船体外域水流温度场影响计算

Calculation of the effect of thermal discharge on the temperature field of the external flow of the platform

  • 摘要:
      目的  旨在研究海上核电平台船的温排水对进水口冷却水温度产生的影响。
      方法  采用有限体积法结合Reynolds平均法对海上核电平台船的温排水在船体外域流场中的温度扩散规律进行三维数值模拟。
      结果  结果显示,同流中热水扩散流的三维湍流数值计算验证结果与物理模型试验吻合较好。当海水流速较小时,温排水主要沿出水口的流速方向扩散,对进水口的温度场影响较小;当海水流速较大时,温排水主要沿海流的流速方向扩散,对进水口的温度场影响较大。
      结论  所得结果可为海上核电平台船的设计提供指导。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  The effect of thermal discharge on the temperature of the cooling water at the water inlet of the floating nuclear power platform is studied in this paper.
      Methods  The finite volume method combined with Reynolds average method were used to simulate numerically the thermal diffusion in the external flow field in three dimensions.
      Results  The numerical simulation of the turbulent flow for the thermal water diffusion was carried out, and the results are in good agreement with the model test results. When the flow velocity of seawater is low, the thermal discharge diffuses along the flow direction of water at the outlet, which has little influence on the temperature field of the water flow at the inlet. When the flow velocity of seawater is high, the thermal discharge diffuses along the flow direction of the seawater, which has a great influence on the temperature field of water flow at the inlet.
      Conclusions  The results of this paper can provide guidance for the design of the floating nuclear power platform.
