FPSO单点系泊系统导缆器疲劳寿命预报方法

Fatigue life prediction method for fairlead of single point mooring system of FPSO

  • 摘要:
      目的  导缆器作为船舶与海洋平台系泊系统必不可少的构件,在工作中会受到系泊缆的交变作用力,疲劳问题非常突出。
      方法  以一个研发中的旋转式导缆器为研究对象,首先,运用时域水动力计算方法,研究浮式生产储油轮(FPSO)单点系泊系统中导缆器在南海S4海域中所承受的载荷;然后,采用有限元法开展静态分析计算,研究导缆器结构强度,并通过有限元法计算其应力集中系数(SCF);最后,基于波浪载荷计算及结构强度计算结果,针对FSPO的导缆器在各种海况下的疲劳寿命提出一种预报方法。
      结果  结果表明,导缆器的疲劳寿命为16.21年,疲劳损伤主要发生在海况51~64时。
      结论  所做研究对导缆器的疲劳寿命设计和计算具有参考意义。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  As an indispensable component of mooring system of ship or platform, fairlead is subjected to the alternating force of mooring cable, and its fatigue problem is especially troublesome.
      Methods  In this paper, an in-development rotary fairlead is used as the study object. First, the time domain hydrodynamic calculation method is used to study the load borne by the fairleads of single point mooring system of Floating Production Storage and Offloading (FPSO) in the S4 area in South China Sea. Then the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) method is used to carry out static analysis calculation and study the structural strength and this method is also used to calculate the Stress Concentrate Factor (SCF) of the fairlead. Finally, based on the wave load calculation and structural strength calculation, a forecast method is provided to predict the fatigue life of FSPO fairleads in various sea conditions.
      Results  The results show that the fatigue life of the fairleads is 16.21 years, and the fatigue damage is mainly concentrated in the sea conditions 51-64.
      Conclusions  The study in this paper can be used for reference in the design of fairleads and the calculation of the fatigue life.
