基于电力电子开关的智能化稳压电源补偿策略

Compensation strategy of intelligent regulated power supply based on power electronic converters

  • 摘要:
      目的  某舰通信设备的供电电源不能保持在一个稳定的范围内,因此需要一个装置来将其不稳定的电压转化为稳定在200~230 V的供电电压。
      方法  研究设计利用晶闸管组成H桥与3个补偿变压器配合构成的一种电力电子稳压电源,借助主控板(ARM)实时采集电源的输入和输出电压、输出电流及冷板温度等关键参数,按照既定的跟踪、补偿策略和装置安全运行的保护措施,实现电源的智能化自动调压功能。
      结果  分析和实验表明,该电源能够安全、高效和可靠运行,确保该舰用通信设备的电源能够稳定、安全供电。
      结论  研究结果可对稳压电源的智能化以及简化研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
      Objectives  The power supply voltage of ship communication equipment is unstable, so a regulator is required to keep the voltage at 200~230 V.
      Methods  An electronic regulated power supply composed of an H-bridge using TRIACs and three compensation transformers has been designed for real-time acquisition of key parameters such as input voltage, output voltage, output current, cold plate temperature, etc. by virtue of Advanced RISC Machines(ARM), so as to achieve intelligent automatic voltage regulation of power supply according to the given tracking and compensation strategy and equipment safety protection measures.
      Results  Analysis and experiments show that this electronic regulated power supply can work safely, efficiently and reliably, and can ensure stable and safe power supply of the ship communication equipment.
      Conclusions  This provides reference for intelligent and simplified research of the regulated power supply.
