Advances in the Research of Ship Structural Response Subjected to Underwater Explosions

Abstract:
In the naval warfare,the undewater explosion load is one of the main threats to the ship structures.However,the structural responses are quite complex,which can be devided into global response and local response.The advances in the research of dynamic response of ship structures are summarized.With different methods,the responses of local structure and global structure are analyzed respectively from the aspects of theoretical,expe rimental and simulation.Some of deficiencies currently in the research works as well as problems need further study are put forwards.
Fore-Body Trimaran and Experimental Study of Its Resistance and Motion Characteristics

Abstract:
The resistance and motion characteristics of trimaran hull form have been studied by experimental method.The model experiment consists of two parts: the resistance experiment on calm water and the motion experiment in regular waves.According to the experimental data,it can be found that the longitudinal arrangement of the side-hulls plays an important role in trimaran resistance and motion characteristics.For high speed range,the trimaran resistance and motion performance could be significantly improved by placing the side-hulls before the mid-ship of the main hull.Based on the experimental results,a new ship type known as fore-body trimaran i s presented.
基于排队论的大型舰船甲板弹射器数量研究

Abstract:

为明确大型舰船飞行甲板弹射器数量设计的理论依据,从调运指挥官的角度提出了"虚拟队列"概念,分析了其工作特点,对其工作模式进行了排队论建模。同时分析、建立了舰载机在弹射等待过程中的真实排队模型。忽略其它甲板因素的影响,基于排队论假设代入数值计算了不同弹射器数量对虚拟队列中舰载机的等待队长、系统等待耗时等关键指标的影响,使弹射器数量影响下的大型舰船舰载机出动能力得到了量化比较。计算结果表明,在给定条件下,甲板弹射器数量的增加能有效减少大型舰船舰载机出动时的排队等待现象,但在弹射器数量超过4部以后,这种良性影响将逐渐减弱。通过算例结论,验证了将排队论应用于大型舰船弹射器数量论证与设计的可行性。

Numerical Study on the Seakeeping Performance of USS Enterprise(CVN 65)

Abstract:
The HydroSTAR is a version of commercial hydrodynamic software which was developed by Bureau Veritas and seen as a tool suitable for the motion predictions of a wide range of floating structures in the waves.This pap er aims to discuss the adaptability of the software to the seakeeping performance prediction of USS Enterprise(CVN 65).The calculation results derived from HydroSTAR were compared to that of the strip method.The auth hor also calculated the significant value of hull motion utilizing P-M spectrum and compared the relevant value with recognized statistic value.Through analysis,it verified that the motion response of the carrier could well reflect the actual seakeeping performance,which is capable of evaluating seakeeping performance of aircraft carrier.
Calculation of Ship Hydrostatic Based on CATIA

Abstract:
Using the traditional 2D interpolation-based method to compute hydrostatic performance of ship will result in an unfavorable accuracy and troublesome operation.A new method based on the 3D solid model was proposed,which was constructed in the CATIA environment,and combined to apply VB.NET to develop computing procedures of ship hydrostatic for secondary development.The information required for hydrostatic computation was then auto matically extracted from the solid model.The good operability and reliability was proved by an example of tanker calculation.
三维流体动力方法计算穿浪双体船的船体响应

Abstract:

穿浪双体船船型复杂,航速较高,要准确预报其波浪载荷比较困难,但同时对于结构设计而言又非常重要。基于线性势流理论,采用三维流体动力学方法在时域上计算了穿浪双体船的运动响应和波浪载荷,时域计算结果经过傅立叶变换,在频域上分析了其响应特征。通过与规则波中试验结果和数值计算结果进行比较分析,表明用该方法计算穿浪双体船的船体响应可以获得比较满意的结果,可应用于同类船舶的波浪载荷预报。

圆柱壳大开孔补强的应力集中分析

Abstract:

针对潜艇耐压壳体上大开孔补强处的应力集中现象,结合工程实际问题,采用规范和有限元法对潜艇耐压壳体上大开孔不同补强形式进行了研究,建立了相应的模型,并求出了应力集中系数。通过对两种方法的计算结果进行分析比较,发现当围壁加强时,最大周向应力处的弯曲应力不容忽视。结果说明,用有限单元法进行大开孔补强结构设计是合理、有效的,是对规范计算的完善和补充。

破片模拟弹侵彻陶瓷/船用钢复合靶板的理论分析模型研究

Abstract:

简要回顾了陶瓷/金属复合靶板的研究现状。根据船用钢的吸能特点和船用陶瓷轻型复合装甲的特殊性,将10 g破片模拟弹侵彻陶瓷/船用钢的过程分为两个阶段,分别计算了破片模拟弹的侵蚀变形能和船用钢背板的隆起—碟型变形吸能,并将后者分为径向弯曲变形能、径向膜拉伸变形能及周向弯曲变形能等,给出了各种能量的计算公式,建立了计算弹道极限的理论分析模型,其结果与实验吻合较好。结果表明,陶瓷/船用钢的耗能机制主要是弹体的侵蚀变形能和船用钢背板的变形能。

Development of Propeller Design and Performance Prediction Software Based on Visual Basic 6.0

Abstract:
High efficient design software is increasingly important to the development of propeller as much progress has been made in the ship industry.The propeller design software integrated with prediction of hydrodynamic pe rformance was developed in the Visual Basic 6.0,coupled with the Fortran and dynamic link library technology.This user-friendly software use lifting line method to realize propeller design and optimization,and then by lifting surface method to predict hydrodynamic performance.The experiment results proof that the software provides benefits in the following: complete functions and high level of visual effect and good usability in ra apid and accurate predictions and design.
研究阻尼复合圆柱壳振动功率流的一种新方法

Abstract:

减少圆柱壳振动和噪声的一种有效方法是在其表面敷设阻尼层,这种复合结构称为阻尼复合圆柱壳。分别运用薄壳理论和弹性理论描述了阻尼复合圆柱壳的内壳和阻尼层,并在此基础上提出了计算阻尼复合圆柱壳振动功率流的一种新方法。通过数值计算,得到了内外壳体厚度对复合圆柱壳振动功率流的影响规律,为圆柱壳减振降噪措施的应用提供了理论基础。

基于TOPSIS和不确定语言的作战系统功能设备配置方案评价

Abstract:

通过分析舰载作战系统功能设备配置方案优化过程,建立了基于不确定语言的功能设备配置方案评价模型,提出了模型中参数确定方法。采用逼近理想解的排序方法(TOPSIS)对各方案进行排序,形成了舰载作战系统功能设备配置方案综合评价方法。通过对某型舰作战系统警戒探测设备配置方案进行评价及实装分析,验证了建立的模型和设计的方法是合理可行的。

Abstract:

为实现分布式舰载作战系统状态监测,需要研究分布式系统数据采集的一般技术。首先研究分析了分布式系统的特性及常见模型,讨论了作战系统数据采集的技术难点,并在此基础上,通过结合作战系统分布式网络的特点,提出了一个通用的数据采集模型。基于该模型开发的数据采集系统已应用于新型舰载作战系统上,较好地解决了作战系统网络的数据采集分析问题。

电抗加载天线阵的优化设计及性能分析

Abstract:

为优化均匀圆形天线阵的辐射性能,利用矩量法对电抗加载偶极子均匀圆阵的波束形成进行了可行性分析,并设计了粗选与微扰结合的电抗加载值序列优化计算方法,以满足指定方向上波束形成的需求。仿真结果表明,电抗加载天线阵波束形成方法能有效在期望方向上形成具有较高增益与前后比的波束,且对阵半径与电抗加载值的误差具有一定的容错能力。该分析方法与计算结果对电抗加载天线阵的设计与实际工程应用具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract:
MATLAB/Simulink was applied to simulate the shorted fault between two circles of stator winding of marine synchronous generator.Then the wavelet function in minor MATLAB wavelet toolbox was adopted to analyze the sig nal of malfunction and recognize the fault characteristics.Simulation results show that it is practical for the use of wavelet to conduct online monitoring and diagnosis to the fault of stator winding of marine synchro nous generator,hence,providing theoretical basis for the design of apparatus for online faults monitoring and diagnosis of stator winding of marine synchronous generator.
LabVIEW和小波算法在舰载电子设备EMI预测试中的应用

Abstract:

舰载电子设备电磁干扰(EMI)预测试通常是在测试环境和测试系统不能完全满足标准要求的情况下进行的,EMI测量数据会因为受到环境噪声的影响而导致无法有效识别受试设备(EUT)辐射信号,测试系统也会因为专用仪表的昂贵价格而受到制约。针对电子设备EMI预测试过程中环境噪声的来源和特征,分析了小波分析在消除环境噪声中的应用原理和方法,并利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发环境实现了高效灵活的数据采集及其与剔噪程序的接口。实验结果证明,该方法充分结合了LabVIEW和剔噪算法的优点,不仅对消除背景噪声有明显的效果,也降低了电子设备EMI预测试系统的成本。

船舶动力装置可组态智能故障诊断系统设计

Abstract:

旋转机械是许多船舶动力装置的核心设备,其设备状态与安全性直接关系到船舶航行的安全。为了保障船舶安全正常航行,针对当前船舶动力装置故障诊断系统的不足,研究开发了基于旋转机械监测诊断技术、数据库技术、网络技术以及组态式软件技术的船舶动力装置可组态智能故障诊断系统,介绍了该系统的体系结构、硬件结构、软件功能、网络技术及特点。该故障诊断系统只需修改少量配置文件即可实现对不同船舶动力装置的监测诊断,具有较高的灵活性和可扩展性。

基于状态转移法的冷却水系统动态可靠性分析

Abstract:

由于传统的系统可靠性建模与分析方法在描述时间、过程变量和操纵员等的动态影响时存在困难,而无法满足复杂动态系统可靠性分析的需要。对具有动态随机性故障的可修系统采用静态近似处理,经常会导致计算的可靠性指标与实际情况相差较大。针对动态分析问题,应用马尔科夫过程理论建立了系统中部件可靠性参数随时间变化的状态转移方程,根据冷却水系统的原理和运行特点建立了冷却水系统的数学计算模型,并运用算例对该方法进行了分析。分析结果表明,该模型可以合理地分析计算冷冷却水系统的不可用度随时间的变化。

Abstract:

总结了目前船用分立制氧、制氮系统和氧、氮提纯系统的不足之处,得出开发常温空分氧氮一体化联合分离系统的必要性。在此基础上,探讨了常温空分氧氮一体化联合分离系统的总体设计,构建了一种基于常温空分的联合制氧、制氮的创新系统方案,即以变压吸附技术与膜分离技术耦合的工艺技术对空气组分进行分离,仅以空气为原料,无需任何辅料,在仅消耗电力资源的情况下同时获取氧气和氮气。最后指出了常温空分氧氮一体化联合分离系统的发展趋势和应用范围。

随着大量大功率负载的装船使用,能量管理系统在特种工程船舶中越来越受到重视,用于统一管理和调配船舶动力和电力系统。在介绍大型巡航救助船特点的基础上,重点分析了全船能量的来源和主要消耗。并以此为依据提出合理有效的能量管理策略,设计并实现适合于该船的能量管理系统。研究结果表明,通过构建能量管理系统,能够达到优化管理和分配全船能量的目标。

Abstract:
Aiming at the limitation of effect evaluation in ship equipment maintenance cost forecasting,which would result in high risks by adopting single accuracy criteria.The evaluation criteria of forecasting methods were s ummarized,which was based on the analysis of researching development on existing forecast evaluation criteria.Then,the characteristics of ship equipment maintenance cost forecasting were analyzed.Finally,combining the above two parts,the evaluation criteria system of forecast methods which fit for maintenance cost of ship equipment is established,which is in favor of improving reliability of ship equipment maintenance cost forecasti ng,reducing forecasting risk,and providing reliable foundation for ship equipment life cycle cost(LCC) forecast and maintenance.
