固体氧化物燃料电池作为动力源在船舶应用中的关键技术问题

The Key Technical Issues of SOFC as a Power Source for Ship Application

  • 摘要: 固体氧化物燃料电池系统具有高效率、低噪声、低电磁信号等显著优点,是未来船舶动力源的最有力竞争者之一。固体氧化物电解质薄膜制备技术、压缩密封技术、催化剂及其涂附技术和双极板的制备是其应用于船舶动力源的关键技术。本文详细介绍了这些关键技术的研究现状,并分析其发展趋势。随着这些技术的发展和成熟,固体氧化物燃料电池在船舶上将会获得更加广泛的应用。

     

    Abstract: Due to a list of advantages such as high efficiency,low noise and magnetic signature,Solid Oxide Fuel Cell(SOFC)as a power source has been regarded as one of the most competitive candidates for ship application.However,a number of technologies including solid oxide electrolyte membrane preparation,compression seal,catalyst and the bipolar plate preparation are still the key concerns to the ship designer.The paper gives a survey of advances in these technologies and presents various trends for the development.SOFC will be applied more widely on ship as these technologies become progressively capable and matured.
