基于面元法的舰船不沉性计算方法研究

  • 摘要: 【目的】针对基于二维切片法的舰船不沉性计算方法存在的建模能力有限、复杂船型适用性不足的问题,依托全附体舰船三维模型,提出了一种基于面元法的舰船不沉性计算方法。【方法】采用三角形面元离散三维模型,设置舰船和破损舱室面元法线方向相反,使破损舱室处的“浮力”相互抵消产生浮力损失的效果;采用水线面分割算法,实现任意浮态下湿表面面元匹配;基于高斯公式将排水体积分转化为湿表面面积分,进一步通过面元投影积分方法求解排水体积要素和水线面要素;采用牛顿迭代法计算破损舰船浮态,在此基础上开展不沉性评估。【结果】以Wigley数值船模型和ONRT裸船模型为例,验证了算法的准确性,并针对ONRT全附体船模型开展了不沉性评估。【结论】算例表明,该方法计算精度可靠,船型适用性强,具有工程实用价值。

     

    Abstract: Objectives Aiming at the problems of limited modeling ability and insufficient applicability of complex ship types in the two-dimensional slicing method based ship unsinkability calculation method, a surface element method based ship unsinkability calculation method is proposed based on the three-dimensional model of fully attached ships. Methods Adopting a triangular panel discrete three-dimensional model, setting the normal direction of the ship and damaged compartment panel opposite, so that the buoyancy at the damaged compartment cancels out each other and causes buoyancy loss; Using waterline surface segmentation algorithm to achieve matching of wet surface elements in any floating state; Based on the Gaussian formula, the integration of drainage volume is transformed into the integration of wet surface area, and the drainage volume and waterline surface elements are further solved through the panel projection integration method; Using Newton's iterative method to calculate the floating state of damaged ships, and based on this, conducting unsinkability assessment. Results Taking the Wigley numerical ship model and the ONRT standard inner capsized ship model as examples, the accuracy of the algorithm was verified, and a unsinkability evaluation was conducted for the ONRT fully attached ship model.Conclusions The calculation example shows that the method has reliable calculation accuracy, strong applicability to ship types, and practical engineering value.
