半浸桨“杯”型结构水动力性能影响研究

  • 摘要: 【目的】旨在研究“杯”型结构(Cup Structure)对半浸式螺旋桨水动力性能的影响规律和作用机理。【方法】基于RANS方法并结合VOF方法及滑移网格方法,对自然通气工况下841-B半浸桨及其“杯”型结构改型桨开展数值模拟。在验证数值模拟方法有效性基础上,基于二分法调整随边角度使基准半浸桨“杯”型结构变化,获得系列桨开展计算和研究。【结果】研究显示,“杯”型结构变化对半浸桨推力和扭矩影响显著,但对效率影响相对较小。增大“杯”型结构使桨出水时附带更多水体,造成桨后兴波和液滴飞溅加剧。【结论】研究方法和研究结果可为半浸桨设计提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Objectives This study aims to investigate the influence and mechanism of cup structure on the hydrodynamic performance of surface piercing propellers.Methods Based on RANS method and combined with VOF method and sliding mesh method, a numerical simulation is carried out on the 841-B surface piercing propellertogether with its cup structure modified propellers under natural ventilation conditions. On the basis of verifying the effectiveness of the numerical simulation method, the trailing edge angle is adjusted based on the dichotomy method to change cup structure of the benchmark surface piercing propeller, and a series of propellers were obtained for simulation calculation and research.Results The research shows that the change of cup structure has a
