Overview of offshore gangways development and key technologies

  • 摘要: 海上登靠步桥的应用可确保海上风电风力涡轮机的正常运行,能够为优化登靠操作、提高风电项目运维效率以及降低成本提供支持。从登靠步桥的发展历程以及技术进展的角度进行概述,分析国内外在该领域的主要装备及其性能,同时围绕运动感知与数据分析、补偿控制与执行、结构设计与可靠性以及新材料应用等方面对海上风电登靠步桥关键技术进行讨论。指出并联平台是主流的海上登靠步桥执行机构,波浪补偿是设备性能的核心以及竞争力来源,先进的波浪补偿技术有赖于传感器技术、人工智能等多学科的发展。为海上风电登靠步桥领域的后续技术探索提供参考。

     

    Abstract: The application of offshore gangways ensures the normal operation of offshore wind turbines and provides reliable support for optimizing the boarding operation, improving the operation and maintenance efficiency of wind power projects, and reducing cost. This paper provides an overview of the development history and technological progress of gangways, and analyzes the main equipments and their performance at home and abroad in this field, as well as discusses the key technologies of offshore wind turbine gangways around the aspects of motion sensing and data analysis, compensation control and execution, structural design and reliability, and composite material application. It is pointed out that the parallel platform is the mainstream offshore gangways actuator, wave compensation is the core of equipment performance and the source of competitiveness, advanced wave compensation technology depends on the development of sensor technology, artificial intelligence technology and other multidisciplinary development. This paper provides a comprehensive analysis for researchers and practitioners in the field of offshore wind power gangways, and provides a reference for subsequent technology exploration.
