Study on the Equivalence and Simplification of Multi-Wheel Loading on Secondary Member of Vehicle Deck

  • 摘要: 【目的】滚装船车辆甲板承载的轮印载荷数量、作用范围以及与甲板构件的位置关系均不固定,对该类结构进行的分析通常较为繁琐,因此有必要对该类载荷的合理等效和简化进行研究。【方法】以车辆甲板次要构件为研究对象,基于多跨梁模型,分别以局部分布力和等效集中力模拟轮印载荷,对多种结构响应进行了对比考察;随后,进一步研究了将同时作用的多个轮印载荷均转化为集中力时结构响应的变化情况。【结果】计算结果表明,对于常见尺寸车辆甲板,典型轮印载荷的上述等效简化偏安全,且不会引起结构响应的显著变化。【结论】基于上述结论,从工程应用角度提出了一种多轮印载荷的合理性等效方法,该方法对简化车辆甲板结构设计和校核工作具有积极意义。

     

    Abstract: Objectives Wheel loadings on vehicle decks of ro-ro ships may bring difficulties to structural analysis due to the uncertainty of their quantities, ranges and positions, so it is necessary to study on the equivalence and simplification of such loads. Methods Using multi-span beam model as an idealized vehicle deck secondary member, the wheel loading is simulated by distributed load and concentrated force respectively, and several structural responses are compared. Furthermore, the change of structural responses after multiple wheel loadings have been simultaneously transformed into concentrated force are researched. Results The calculation results suggest that for vehicle decks of ordinary arrangement, such equivalence and simplification tends to be safer, and will not bring significant changes to the structural responses. Conclusions Based on the conclusions above, a reasonable equivalent method for multi-wheel loading is provided regarding to engineering application, which contributes to the simplification of the design and strength verification of vehicle deck.
